JDN .. thanks for your response. I've bought a small position based upon my previous checks into the company. I guess Synt is lumped in with the Y2K group even though it has more strings to its bow. Even with the split the stock price performance is somewhat disappointing - though I guess the high P/E is offputting despite the growth.
