How about: 1. read the messages here and give pointed ANSWERS! 2. Tell your reps to stop passing the buck back to the customer. 3. Give us a web page (fill in the blanks) for claims. 4. Make good with your customers and pay back lost profits. 5. Explain why Datek is trading millions of shares on its own account. 6. Include an option to force you to act as agent on trades not middle man trading for a profit as happens in 95% of trades. 7. Explain clearly how much you make from directing order flow. 8. Explain why cancellation forces a trade.
