I blinked and missed it.So I paid $8 for another 500 shs to round off to 90,000shs.My broker keeps yelling at me.Smith Barney doesn't even know that we exist-yet.

What Byron told Mr. D is the same thing that I was told by the Wall Street person that I spoke with.

Unless you take physical possession of your shares (or put them in safekeeping) they can be shorted, no matter what "they" say.

Do I know this to be a fact? No....I do not. But the person who told me this is one who should know...as according to him, he has done it.
