So someone else finally notice this one too.I will tell you what i found out so far,which isn't much.Lets start with the bad news,from what I can find out this co. is a shell at this time.They have about 10 plus million in debt.They have a up coming vote/meeting to amend there by laws to make them a better [IMO] revese merger.Also to increase there float by 30million shares [IMO] also to help with a reverse merger. Right now the out standing shares are 42,583,978 the autherized amount is 80 million. Insiders hold about 55% of the shares. Also the meeting mite help to reduce the debt by some of it being waved by the people owed. If you want to do some DD the number is 407-351-0011. now all this is what I could dig up so far and to the best of my knowlege is correct. Don't make any choices on my info check it out yourself, I could be wrong like I said INFO. on this one is hard to get.............PSN
