You know that and I know that. Other readers of the thread might not.

As it always does. I do think though that when trying to pick winners it helps to factor in industry perceptions of which solution is desirable, because the industry as a whole is willing to spend a lot of money to bring about the "desirable" outcome. If 100 engineers are trying to make x-ray feasible, but 1000 engineers are trying to make 193 nm feasible, my money's on 193 nm. (Both numbers are random, but you get the point.)
