Sorry to butt in. I think that the forms are sent in a paper version to the SEC first, then scanned in for EDGAR. OCR being what it is, I'm sure that they are rechecked for accuracy. I am sure that on a slow day a simple form could be up in hours, but this particular form, especially for a first time filing, is some 300 pages+ I think.
I just checked, and already there are 152 filings put online since this morning.

I would assume that Edgar has not processed on their end. I don't know the details of how Edgar's system works. If you have questions why don't you call the company.

I think we will see the financials show up sometime today or tomorrow. So I will be patient and just wait.
