Rico,is it true that a stock has to be on the Federal Reserve margin list before you can short it.Also,does it have to be in a margin account with some equity against it before it can be loaned.My broker says that SB can't loan my stock for these reasons.
Please explain.Thanks.

If they have no more shares to sell, doesn't that mean that they are selling short??? Why do you think that they will move up???
