Fellow Stockholders; Annual meeting was real interesting. I stood in the back of the room ten minutes before the meeting and was approached by none other than COO&CEO Mr. Richard Lund. The first question I asked is if he reads any CADE message boards over the internet. The answer was yes, THIS ONE. He says he reads them on weekends when he gets some time. Then the Chairman of the Board Mr. John Sanford walked up to us; so I asked him the same question and got the same response. So yes our messages do get read by UPPER management.
I asked Mr. Lund why the profit margin went down this quarter. The answer was because of "Pass Through Revenue" generated by the latest acquisition Cenco. He was very POSITIVE about new revenue generated by all divisions but especially Cenco with engine testing and Auto-Air with new parts and especially aircraft repair parts.
I want to thank the company for the delightful lunch served after the meeting. I had several conversations with employees and will give more insight later.
Sincerely ,
The Professor
