I just talked to them again. Apparently there is a dif between a non designated and reporting CO and a designated non reporting co. The reporting co does not fall into the camp of stocks La Jolla cant sell. I am in HRCT for ex with them (gulp) and it is BB which reports so they can sell it. THe same is true of GLCP. If you have access to a borker with LEvel 3 you can see who is buying and selling. IT wont be Just La Jolla . Level 3 can tell you who and how much.

Tim, isn't it interesting that with your limit order out there for .33,

that the ask remains at .335 even though they keep dropping the bid?
