Dear Jane; The G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is Yeshua. The only way to be specific is to include this line as others could claim to be the G-d of Abraham. I continue to believe it is important to see the Mashiach through the light of the Old Testament. Only Yeshua fits the requirements of the geneology in Matthew.
