My understanding that Canadian firms can naked short any stock. One reason why alot of Canadian mining stocks are so heavily shorted. Triple J Jane J Jackson at the beach looking for Batman and Robin with NO shoes on!

This is what I have been saying all along. After the Rule is passed they notify everyone to show they are complying and then after a while they do what they want anyway Illegal or not. I was told this by a Broker some time ago.Of course they will tell you they cant and arent doing it. Does anyone expect them to say "We know its Illegal but we do it anyway".I dont now enough to know whether this stock is "Shorted" but if anyone knows for sure then Notify the SEC also. Charles
