Both Matty and David Sirk claim "secret" information. And as Terry T alluded earlier, each of them have been all over the board, relative to being pro- or anti-NETZ. So we all take their comments with a grain of salt.

It's still my contention, however, that it is unfair to plant the term "investigation" into investor thinking. Whether you realize it or not, you create a fear element by hinting at such.

You can't get off the hook by claiming their might be one. I'm mean where's the prudency in that kind of comment? Had you been fully objective with respect to all of your previous remarks, you might have some standing to suggest there "might" be an investigation. But all of your remarks in the past have been anti-NETZ. You're also on record as considering shorting business activities that involve NETZ--and ESVS involves NETZ.

So what are we to think? That you are some kind of prudent messenger, as you would like us to believe? I don't think so. Were you prudent, you wouldn't use the term investigation because it is an insult to the hard-working people who comprise the many ESVS/Zulu components.

PRESS RELEASE, FINALLY!!!! I may not be first to report press release 11 minutes ago, but this should be first of more than one release this week to help propel this stock

Congratulations to all the stalwart investors, who have been rolling the dice so far.

Since I don't know how to incorporate press release, I will let you find out that ESVS will pursue venture with NETZ, and financing, which means there must be operating concern here somewhere.

I am holding on tight for what the next NETZ press release will add.
