I had to market orders in at 1.01 x 1.03. It took 7 min. for one to partially fill one of the orders while at the same time moving to .98 x 1.02. The balance of my market orders filled 3 min. later at 1.02. Odd that it took so long??? Bad timing for me it then went to .95 x .995 ???

Here are the latest numbers on shares: From Stockbrokers Society Research Report. Numbers were as of Dec. 31, 1996. Common Shares Authorized ($.001 par) 100,000,000 shares Common Shares Outstanding 38,892,747 shares Float Common 14,358,737 shares Insider ownership 43.6% I will try to confirm this info with the company, but if anyone has the answers please let me know.
