Mark, that is what I understood but I could have heard it wrong. What I heard was they would be in Vancouver Monday for the hearing. I assumed from that comment that it was a one day event. However, I would also understand how this could easily be a one week event especially if the ASC makes Naxos bring out the whole dog and pony show just to make them sweat it out.

I'll see if I can get a clarification on that though. Sorry if I caused confusion on that one.
