At this point, I think it would be extremely unlikely for someone to come from nowhere, other than an ORCL/SAP type entrant.

When SEBL entered SFA, it was extremely fragmented, and there was no market leader. I don't think any company was much over $10 MM, let alone $100 or 200 MM.

Now we have several companies over $100MM - it would be pretty darn tough to jump in, and if anyone looked real interesting, the others would be all over them.
