*AV*--Patrick and Tech Master responses and an overview. Patrick-it does take the edge off the 9 to 5 job hunting. I guess I can wait a few months before I let it get to me again. Tech Master-Better than a poke in the eye. It made my year and convinced me that as a team (Keyword Team), we at Stock Swap can make a killing for ourselves. While I will not list the specific players for fear of leaving someone out unintentially, we represent good TA, good Fundamentals, solid options play, broad scope of a stock universe, Index options, charting, news stories worthy of note, good timing, and a flair for gleaning interesting tidbits from all sources and making it work for us. ANATOMY OF AN ENMD SUCCESS 1. NYT and CNN article and commentary 2. Discussion on the ENMD thread 3. Jeff sees this and makes the comments. 4. I do a quick DD and research of the subject for background data. 5. Data seems to uncover some strange situations relative to shareholders, SEC filings, interesting shareholders prior to the IPO, and IPO pricing vs present pricing. Trader X notes that no out of the ordinary large volume purchases has preceded these news releases. 6. Patrick, from a "flash from the past" memory contributed the info on DH Blair. 7. Strong beleif that we would experience some herd mentality based on the news reported by NYT and CNN. 8. Thusly, a plan is put together that deals with two types of market openings for this stock. 9. Good market timing by the players on Stock Swap (I assume Tech Master is on the winning aside also today). The above yielded a major league grand slam homer in the World Series of stock trading but does not discount the great information on other subjects and stocks from the likes of Judy, Tech Master, and a host of other very important and prominent players on this thread or affiliate individuals that occasionally visit us. Every so often it all comes together for a monumental play of great proportions. This one was real quick but let's not forget the ones that took some time but also paid off: DY, ALYD, NVLS, VECO, etal. I could almost say that we have at least one mega trade per month from all the valuable resources that participate here. Yes, we have our share of sideways to disappointments but these represent some of the more aggressive and speculative trades. We know what we are getting into when we do these. I really wonder what our collective hit rate is on the stocks that are thoroughly researched and a reasonably outlined rationale for investing is created and discussed. Andrew Stock is now traded between 55 and 60, it seems. I wonder if a 10% swing play could be done here. NO, NO, GO AWAY Monster!!!<GGG>
