Barbara,

On the DGIV board a Mr. D, along with his family, owns 600,000 shares. Can you imagine the dough that guy is making? But on TSIS so far you are our Mr. D. Although you don't have his profits yet, in time I think you are going to make out extremely well.

Count me in for 80,000 shares at an average purchase price of $.50 or
so. My three friends have an additional 9,000 shares. That's all I could talk them into buying.
