Neal, What I would assume however, is that it will be clear early on if the ASC is going after individual trading activity or after Naxos as a corporate identity. If it is the former, that fact would be enough to make some holdouts feel better about Naxos as a company.

You could put all of the people you mention behind bars and FL still sits there full of PM's (we hope). And we as investors will still see the results of the drill program. None of that will stop no matter what they do, how long it takes, or who they go after. And the market only cares about one thing...are there PM's in FL and can we get them out? That's it.

Naxos has already been under the cloud of halted trading and charges of fraudulant testing. We have already BEEN discounted for the black cloud effect.

In any case, with the drill program under way, it will be the results of the drill program that will affect the stock much more dramatically than the results of the hearing.
