Hi Michelino & Zeuspaul,

Been trying the tab & enter method but without positive results.

Only once, out of a couple dozen tries, hitting the enter key when the cursor finally landed on a button worked. The screen changed to the "dress up" section of the game but once there nothing could anymore action whatsoever. I finally hit contr, alt, del. The computer acted immediately to the "End Task" command.

Something I found strange--at the start of the program three large game buttons appeared. I could feel control of the mouse to click on one of them, but once the next screen appeared there was no control in the mouse. The cartoonish looking red cursor just hopped about the screen uncontrollably.

I'll get all the specifics for the computer and post them here soon.

Is it impossible to play a CD-Rom that states it requires 16MB RAM on an 8MB RAM computer?....or can it harm the machine to try repeatedly?
I DO know that the hard drive is almost filled.

No, we don't do desktop publishing--mostly children's games. Disney Activity Center games like Toy Story & Lion King and Learning Co. Math Journey (fairly recent program) play just fine.

Back later with the systems info.

A hundred thousand thank yous for all the great help.

Ann
