So, how much longer do we wait for audited financials, now? With the announced intention to "continue" to persue a combination, it appears that the immediate pressure is off to produce the audit, since the only reason the audit was required was to satisfy the ESVS agreement. I don't see this announcement as anything more than an indefinate extension of the deadline. In the mean time, we are still looking at a company with no publically-released financial statements - audited or not.
