Lee, I go away for half a day, and everyone besides yourself reverts to speculation. I hope "flightlessbird" will post some more answers to your questions. Thanks for asking them. And even more thanks to flightless bird for providing the necessary and insightful information one needs to make a sound INVESTMENT decision.
