Reverse stock split being considered by SWEBF:The tail wagging the dog.

We have been advised by SoftQuad that they are considering a reverse stock-split...our reply to SoftQuad (already sent to SWEBF, and to all shareholders)

"...By definition and history it simply means that management must resort to mathematics versus superior management to create shareholder value i.e. >$1 BID. No superior or 'Excellent' company has ever resorted to a reverse stock-split...and more obviously, SoftQuad went public at ~$10/share, was recently ~$3 after the reorg and now is <$1 after the reorg and given imminent (per company representations) shipment(s) of CD Web Publisher, Power Pack, HMAPPS and a major alliance with CTW re: NewKidCo...if SWEBF cannot create shareholder value pursuant to these facts and must resort to, again, cheap trick mathematics, AS WILL IMMEDIATELY BE PERCEIVED BY THE STREET....esecurities will simply urge to vigorously pursue SWEBF with all legal recourse...it is incomprehensible Steve that this would be an option..."

incomprehensible...SWEBFs intimation of a reverse stock-split exponentially raises the bar on the term 'smoking gun'...this is a smoking cannon as to its implications and clearly [now] suggests the recent reorg(s) did not go far enough...the shareholders have problems...this is now a given.
