This latest Zip Plus SCSI fiasco, and apparent lack of concern for their customers, is just more evidence that any talk by Iomega Managament about improving Customer Support is just pure lip service.

Is Iomega going to grow into a $10 Billion company if they refuse to honor what they promised, as advertised on the original specs and boxes of Zip Plus?

Just think for a second if Sony had this Zip Plus problem. They would rectify it immediately. This could be Iomega's Golden Hour if they would only own up to this farce called Zip Plus.
