Because Jon Tara's been scaring people with talk of an "investigation." Why wouldn't Matty, or others, be scared?

Everything is in balance. The trading halt is well in compliance with standard activity for release of merger-related news. Check the past record of any company in the past that has released such information: Trading is always halted.

You see, mergers are big things! It's big news! Nothing at all "fishy," just an indicator of growth and progress in the business plan. We'll learn lots more later.
