Felty- What do you intend to ask? Would you mind posting your

questions ahead of time, I believe other shareholders may want to get you to ask their questions for them. That way we don't tie up the CEO all day on the phone when he should be finalizing deals and putting press releases together.

Thanks

Mike,

Please take a look at following post I put up earlier today:

Message 4313949

Could you ask the CEO about the Reg S shares, whether those share have come in, and whether the company has issued any new shares as a Reg S or to the insiders?

Also if you could ask him about the role of La Jolla Capital.

Thanks,

ajs

Mike,

When you talk to GLCP's CEO ask him if he would have any objections to posting on this forum for a question and answer session.

Several corporate officers of various companies or their representatives have posted and taken questions on SI in order to keep their investors better informed.

The power of the internet... The best and most exciting tool the individual investor has had the privilege to use in the history of investing.

Best regards,

Mike
