Jim, it makes sense, especially since it's a Monday. There's already 282 filings on Edgar so far today. I don't think that there is anything to worry about. We've waited this long, what's a couple of days at the most?

You mentioned that the filings were 400 pages long!

How does it go again? one cent share trading value for each page submitted? ( Just Kidding! It's a joke!--just passing some time while waiting for news!)....
