Monday May 4, 12:10 pm Eastern Time Aquagenix to buy back up to $1 mln of i FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 4 (Reuters) - Aquagenix Inc. said Monday that its board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to $1 million worth of its common shares in open market transactions, beginning immediately. The aquatic and vegetation management services company also said that its contract backlog is about $20 million, almost double its revenues for 1997.
