Don't let the shorts frustrate you. They will be covering soon and PLC will begin to move to a fair level. What we are seeing is the normal "buy on rumor sell on news" selling, made worse by heavy short selling and a fair dose of panic selling as icing on the cake. Shorts will be covering soon and moving on. This uptick will curb the panic selling, and hopefully we get some big bargain hunting institutionals as well. Not an unusual situation. Smart investors make money on this opportunity, ones with weak stomachs give in and sell at the absolute worst time.
