Hi Dylan and all, No big surprise on the Brimmer appointment. I doubt Mr. Berman ever had any intention of relinquishing control of the corporation to a strong president. The timing is pretty predictable in hindsight as well since most proxies have long since been sent in on the new board. The only question that remains is how long does Lyle wait until he reprices managements options down to current market value. Hopefully tomorrow earnings will be very positive. I can't imagine the shareprice rising for the last two days on the rumor of Brimmer's appointment. If there is good news and shareprice strength it could be a good time to lighten your holdings. Basically I think RAIN is a good stock to trade short-term but IMHO as a buy and hold well we've just seen the light go out at the end of that tunnel.............. Regards, Dennis
