Amigos and all,

Has anyone heard of Wall Street Strategies and/or an analyst named Charles Payne? I'm trying to determine if news on USDI is real or if it's part of a scam - I've got some real concerns on that. This Mr. Payne apparently recommended the stock with a $15-$20 target - seems a little too wide a target and I don't like round numbers. The company is basically insolvent yet stock has soared and is holding up OK today.

Thanks for the article on SIII Jim. You're right that the
FA does not look good. Declining revenues for the last two
quarters, but they did beat estimates last quarter.This one
is more of a TA call and I respect your opinion in that area.
