One word of caution on Lehman's research sponsorship of ULBI: remember that as principal managing underwriter of the ULBI shares, they have to commit to follow and support the stock, at least initially once the offering is effective. This is not to say that ULBI didn't do a fine job in getting their offering completed, and that Lehman isn't a fine firm. But the real test is for people independent of an investment banking relationship to follow the company - and that goes for VLNC and LITH as well....
