I would expect news very soon, today or Tuesday. This is merely my instinct, not based on info from the company. I think they need to respond soon to the rumors and attacks and inform the investment community of the status of the company. I'm surprised they didn't have a PR before the bell today. I guess they are awaiting the FCC approval, but I think it would be helpful to have a PR now explaining that the company is emerging from the R & D stage with a bug free product and service, that they have applied for approval from the FCC, that their product is in high demand and they are negotiating deals totaling in the hundreds of millions, the completion of which will be announced in the coming days and weeks.
