Because you own such a large stake in VNTV you need to be more cautious in your analysis about the stock price movements. Clam and I both reacted negatively to the modestly acceptable first quarter, you thought it was fabulous. Perhaps you should put a clause at the tail end of your comments ala Kevin Rose.

Looks like some modest support at $28. I hope it holds high twenties to low 30's, but without fundamental news, we'll have to count on the market. Don't hold your breath, Chuck Philips is coming out with negative commentary on the slowing growth in enterprise software, (especially erp) today.

Gee chuck, is it a big surprise that erp business was brought forward by y2k concerns is likely to slow down in 2nd half 1998?

Clam, any new thoughts changing on trading range between $28 and $32?
