Sam,

You write "No one who reads the Wall Street Journal would consider spitting at this company." I respectfully disagree. TJS

P.S. to Director Dal: Where the hell is the 10-K???!!!

Sam the Money,
(love the name, has it brought you good fortune?)

Hey, I have to disagree with you on your management analysis
that anyone reading the Wall Street Journal wouldn't spit to be
part of Airstar. Recently, a failed, alcoholic Wall Street trader
retreated to a monastery, it too, was failing. The monks were on
food stamps. The poor ancient order was about to go belly-up.
Then one fateful day, Brother Ty, (the Wall Street trader) decided to
let God be his broker-and not only saved the monastery but discovered
the 7 1/2 Laws of Spiritual and Financial Growth. Since then, Brother
Ty has written a book, "God Is My Broker." And has made millions!
It advises you whether to buy or sell. So, when you say the new
CEO needs to be able to communicate with Evangelists, (knowing
that you are in reference to Lanza,) I wouldn't advertise that very
loud, you might be laughing at your own jokes if Brother Ty is the
replacement. You never know who could be knocking at your door!
