Regarding CNDS. Present share value just under $14, near 52 week high. Morgan Stanley price target of $30. 3.4 million meters under contract, 1 million on line, Lost $113 million in 1997

Puget Sound Power is also providing financing for CNDS installation.
To me this is good news, since it is probably alot better form of financing than diluting shareholder value, and their is precedent for utilitiy financing which would facilitate build out of GLCP. Need to better understand terms of the fiancing.
