Thank you for your response. It was very informative.

Have not been trading for long, trying to learn all I can , there is so much to learn. Trying to build a portfolio, I am still young and have lots of time to invest in some good long term stocks.I am also trying to develop my own investment style.

I will be watching GENVEC closely.

E-Trade now gives you the opportunity to participate in IPOs and one of their two current offerings is GenVec. The other they announced today and it is called Hospitality marketing concepts.This is an alternative to waiting till it goes to market.I have not tried it yet but it looks like its worth a look.Hanaway
