John, if DGIV were to acquire/merge with a listed company, that does not get around the basic requirements of filing the proper documentation with the SEC. There is no way around that.

If anyone doubts this, please take the time and call Nasdaq. The opinion of the Rep I spoke with at Nasdaq, also assured me that any company that has undergone the meteoric rise of DGIV would be held to the highest level of scrutiny, simply from the fact that it has gone from .20 - $8, the very success ensures the scrutiny and maximum waiting period. To discuss Nasdaq listing, acheivable via Any means, is irresponsible, until all the necessary SEC docs are Filed and Approved. The approval process can take weeks to months, so I would not count on any US listing with in the next few months. Just MHO, but until those docs are done, no crystal ball necessary, because it can not happen.
