Gator, I believe that the complete report may not be online, but that the paper version is at least 350+ pages long. Often times, when I look at a filing such as a 10K, it is definitely not that long when accessed electronically. I'm not exactly sure, but I have heard from more than a few people that the filings are that big, including the Engine himself. Also, I think there may be well over 1000 new filings that go upline today on Edgar. There are already nearly 500. It seems to me at least, that databases being what they are, it would be much easier and quicker to file a report online if the company had already been reporting. I'm personally not worried about the filing, although I'm checking for it regularly. Jin.
