As you said smart MM's would be accumulating inventory at a low price anticipating a jump in price. So the smart MM's in DGIV are those that were buying in recent days when some MM's were selling to keep the price down. The MM's that actually have shares to sell will get stronger and any that are short will get weaker as the price goes up.

It does appear that at least some of the MM's are selling shares they don't have at this time. At some point you would think they would have to cover their short. That's why it could be important for someone to keep records of which MM's are doing the bulk of the selling. Something doesn't seem right with all this buying compared to selling. Lucky Lawrence
