Is Fodor's Travel Publications currently listed on any exchange?

I understand that INTC has recently acquired a 15% stake in the Greater Antilles, and I'd like to understand implications. In contrast, it is speculated that competitors are in negotiation for selected Leeward islands.

Also, is there a suitable index for leveraging the potential frenzy on 'fancy umbrella drinks'?
