Well, in this case it depends. Are you going to watch it every day? It's sorta like that old saying about watching water boil.

Only in this case, I think it resembles sugarin'[boiling sap into Maple syrup]. Takes for ever, but when it's ready, the window of opportunity closes quickly as the syrup boils over in a feverish bubble.
