We will see. Remember that the RMIL / RMCW merger has only been in good faith since the end of Jan. 1998. RMIL refuses to issue any more 30 day grace periods. RMCW now has a firm date to SOGOTP! Riley G

Pugs, At least now we know when the deadline is for RMCW to put up or shut up, and for RMIL/OVIS to move on with their other plans. BTW, how does this affect the water rights which supposedly was purchased by RMIL? Does RMCW have any income from the older water facility? I am a bit shocked to hear Puhr allowed RMCW to get this far behind in payments to the point that the creditor will now accept nothing less than the entire loan being called due. This looks like a poor management decision to put the entire business at risk while hoping for this cash infussion that may or may not arrive (in time). I bet RMCW investors are PO'd. Rich_1 Riley, I found out that RMCW has until May 29th to come up with the $117K. RMCW states the investor will be able to live up to his contractual obligation before then and come thru with the $10MM. So, according to RMCW, it will be resolved satisfactorly for RMIL shareholders. Lets hope so ! Pugs
