>>After a reverse split it will drop right back to $1.00 by June 30 anyway

or below, and that is a given also. it is now clear that the shareholders have endured a gurney (academia think-tank grant (IPO) subsidized-centric) pursuit to a equally naive throw everything at the wall viz a viz Alpha Software paradigm and see what sticks rabins' led mentality...how about if someone with prima facie shareholder value creation b/g with publicly-held U.S. Company's assumes the role as CEO...now that would be a novel idea...simply [off the scale] confounding and embarrassing.

sometime in the not too distant future....

Rabins: SEE! We're at $5/share! and saved our NASDAQ listing!

esecurities: yep...and with 100 shares outstanding after the successive reverse-splits...we're down to 1 share, how many do you have left? 30?

a reverse stock-split simply and unequivocally? will guarantee this stock will be up for another delisting challenge and another and another given the mindset of this management team as evidenced to us today.
