justpassinthru, what makes you think the albums that the hits are on are not available? Have you done a search on all 3500? Not that I'd expect that, but how many did you check for? I went to the site and was unable to not find any particular album. You do realize that they are not selling just their compilations, but have a relatively complete catalog, right?

I thought the bear argument was that KTEL was only going to sell their "cheesy" compilation albums.

Now the argument is that they won't?

Good luck with that short - a >82% loss of margined equity today. Ouch.
