He just called me, is having problems logging on. Asked me to pass on this synopsis:

228,000 shares, all BUYS, all at $8
73,000 sales
3:1 BUYS

They are keeping the buys all at $8 and he does not know why. He has never seen this happen before. He speculates they may wait until the end of the day to reconcile their books, and then gap up tomorrow.

Mark, Im not sure where the financials are, but as of last Wed. neither they nor the share registration had shown as being filed at the SEC. I look forward to this happening so that a listing can move forward.
