Have not heard--But am not surprised--LVLT Build Out

Hi David-- I have not heard, but am not surprised. I know that there
is a RR "plow" vehicle that is capable of trenching both sides of
the track and is capable of laying conduit at about 10 miles/day.
Maybe Kiewit has it somewhere. I do know the conduit will get filled
with Corning "Leaf" fiber.

Can you share your source ?? Have you seen the "plow" ;-))
