Great Sam, but that will be after filing SEC documents. I can not stress this enough, but perhaps the point is not being made clearly.

No Listed company is a Non-Reporting company. None.

To be a Reporting company, the company must First register their shares.

Until then, let DGIV acquire any company and it will not matter. Again, if DGIV is acquired and the shares are transferred to the Listed, Reporting company, then you will receive shares in that company for your DGIV shares, and those will be Nasdaq.

You can not get around this Requirement. Again I was told this from a Nasdaq rep. They will not have a Small Cap or National Market listing without SEC filings.
