Glen, I don't presume to know about the legal issues surrounding what has just happened. However, On other threads, it is not unusual for a poster to have spoken to a company IR person or an IR firm and be told of upcoming PR's without the specifics, and then posting same. Sometimes there is a day given, very risky, and sometimes there is a range of days or reference to the week a PR will be forthcoming. Quite frankly I believe it has a dampening effect on MM antics and wide price swings. May limit the shorting of the equity. Keeps em off balance if you know what I mean. Please let us know of the legal issues and then, obviously, it is exclusively your decision as to operating procedures for the future. Thanks for the clarification, Rich
