There seems to be a lot of anecdotal evidence lately that people are giving up on the alleged magic of NT and returning to Unix. Too many "blue screens of death" I guess. In Win 3.1 there were GPF's. Now there are the blue screens. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft finds a way to replace that death screen with something else pretty soon just to escape the perception.
