Jin, That's exactly the way a person at EDGAR described it to me a few minutes ago. See said that she had just checked on Firamada because someone else had called a little bit ago. She said Firamada is an OTC:BB company and is not required to file. But if they do, they actually file their paper report with the SEC first. EDGAR gets it later, or if the company also sends it directly to EDGAR. But since it's their first filing, it probably went to the SEC first. That's what she said. Best wishes, Brad
